My mother and I stayed here for a night and it was memorable. Hat under was Kind to stay up until about 01:30am to welcome us and give us inputs on Jaipur and how to spend our day. I would highly recommend staying at his place which has your best bet for your money! Will surely come back when we visit Jaipur again.
